Project Name: Enhancing Resources and Increasing Capacities of poor Households Towards Elimination of their Poverty ( ENRICH)
Objective: To ensure optimal use of a family’s current wealth and equity and to take initiatives to increase its wealth and equity as appropriate. In this program, with the aim of sustainable poverty alleviation, the family takes the initiative to implement the prosperity program with the financial support of PKSF to create employment opportunities for the poor population in the form of financial integrated development. Almost everyone involved in the development movement would strongly agree that poverty reduction cannot be achieved through microcredit alone. Therefore, to eliminate poverty in the country, there is a need for integrated development programs with health, education, nutrition, human rights, gender and other related aspects related to the livelihood of poor people. So the Samriddhi program has been formulated in light of that.
Project Goal: The main objective of this program is to eradicate multidimensional poverty through the resources and capabilities of the people of Union. Pre-requisites for any group to move forward are positive changes in socio-economic conditions including economic emancipation, increasing awareness among the people of the Union. Through the Samriddhi program, an attempt has been made to bring people from all walks of life in the society on the same platform to achieve overall prosperity of the area. Establishing human dignity in the human development index, creating income flow in the family through family development planning, taking active steps to create skilled population through trade based training. The neglected population in the society is not excluded from the mainstream of development.
